    Not sure what you mean by "realistic", so I changed the lighting on various parts and straightened all the elements that I could. Added more colour to the sky to give more detail to the Lotus flower shaped ArtScience Museum. Fixed the dirty timber floor as well.

    Specific Clean up B/W photo

    Made B/W and used the spot healing brush to remove all the blemishes. Blurred the background slightly, selected sharpening and added a gold tint.

    Others may find this easy but for me, not so easy. I thought about it for a while and the only way for me to remove the lady, was to swap the lady 2nd from right and then move the lady far right towards the left. I then straightened and cropped slightly. I hope it's still OK.

    Not the best I have done but very small image at 156kb. I removed the table top at the bottom, replaced the jacket and removed the hand. Cropped as well. I hope it's OK.
