    Hello, first your boss should learn how to take pictures or pass this to somebody who can. This is really terrible picture. I would start with camera raw, if I were you, I attach first fast edit as a first step if you like it as beginning. Hope this helps. Peter

    Hello, when you select and go to Edit->Transform you do not have options like rotate, skew, scale, warp, perspective ? Or it is not what you want. Plus you have much more freedom with object if you put it on the separate layer.

    If you just click Install I am almost sure they go to Windows, making performance issues. BTW it is trivial to find out, just search fot the file with font name and you will see whether it is in Windows or Adobe directory.

    His picture seems to be sharper and to have more contrast, but check once again how he cloned nice spots over those washed out ones, this could be the way for you too. Otherwise your picture is too small to judge in my opinion, you would have to post psd or at least cat's photo you have used.
