    Here's one I've found, says it works in CS6 (Win or Mac, you didn't specify). I don't know about newer versions. Uses Lanczos + others http://www.humansoftware.com/pages1200/HSCEdit/HSCedit123.html There are many standalones that use hemite, bell, mitchell, b-spline and others, but not many...
