best plugins for B&W
Thanks for the pointer to Noiseware. I do have a noise plugin, but I'm looking more for taking a halftone image at high res, using some kind of blur to get rid of it, and then reshaprening the outlines to restore clarity (if that makes sense.) I know you can't expect much from a newsprint...- revwarguy

Hello, I have a need to do the best I can getting old newspaper photos enhanced as much as possible for reprinting. I know, its not a good situation, but there it is.
