    LOL yeah youre right. the skin color on the middle image looks perfect but the outsides , especially the left one, look really yellow. i didnt save the selections either so i just made them b/w

    thanks for the reply! for some reason the blending mode was set to something else that may have been why. i just closed and re opened photoshop, tried again and it seems to be working. thanks so much.

    ok so this is a stupid problem to have. im trying to make a custom background. i start a new project with random sizing, turn the whole background to a dark red color that i liked. i then went to my splatter brush and chose black to add some black splatters and it magically was spewing the same...

    I know the selection isnt perfect but I would love to know how could you make something like this look better? Make it look like hes actually there? I know there has got to be more tricks. I would appreciate any help.

    i just noticed that even this image has that same grey line around the leroi selection. same problem im having with a few others images im working on that made me start that other thread "rotating issue." im going to post the file so you experts can figure it out

    rotating issue

    This didnt work. The lines remained even when doing what you said. I made sure I was highlighted the mask too. The picture I posted is zoomed in thats why it looks crappy
