    As far as I know, Autocad is an arquiteture related software made by the same company that produces 3dsmax (autodesk), and it is not able to render 3d pictures, but it exports files to 3dsmax...

    If your palletes are also red, try callibrating your monitor with adobe gamma, at the command panel. when I first installed photoshop I had this problem too... Hope this solves your problem. ;)
