    You know man.. the key was using 'transform selection' AND 'canvas size' which i NEVER heard of before but in this cases it is really A MUST to work with otherwise you just can't get the whole image in the badge!!!!!     Distortion works great man and i can do what i wanted with letters but with logos it is not that great but you can have a little bit of the "turned" effect instead of 100% flatten..
