    Very nice work. I agree with hoogle. However I think surface blur on a duplicated layer would be better. So you can edit it as you please.

    There are several ways this can be made... You can make a window the a menu on it. You can use a menu generator... (There are several online I am sure.) You can use dreamweaver. There are just sooo many ways.
