    ° Add some Motion Blur to the car to make it look like it just drove through the paper. ° Give some jagged edges to the torn paper to make it look more realistic.

    Step 1: I used Quick Mask to select the family. You can use Pen Tool or Lasso Tool but I find Quick Mask easy & quick. To use Quick Mask, press Q or click the button at the bottom of the Toolbox, shaped like [O]. When you click this, the colors go back to the Default Foreground & Background...

    Hey, sorry for the absence. I'll just post them up. :) I removed the red background rather badly, to be honest. Did it in like 40 seconds haha. As for the white stroke, that's an adjustment layer. Walk-through in next post.

    iDad got it right, but I was actually thinking of something like this : Added the white BG to show shadow. I have screen shots of how I made this, in case you can't figure it out yourself. So if you want them, I'll post them up :) -DMB

    You could also give a white stroke to the family, & then give a slight blurred drop shadow. Will make it look like a sticker. That will definitely pop-out.

    Na'vi, skull, zombie, cracked face are the most common. Say, someone do a Alma or Samara or Kayako photo manipulation. Little girl ghost are the creepiest! :eek: (F.E.A.R , The Ring & Grudge)

    Hehe cheeky. I tried it out. Doesn't give 100% perfect results on a non-monotone / solid image. But does a lot of work. Thanks for the info. :)

    You want to make a crop right? That means you want some parts to be deleted. (just making sure I am getting you). Okay, so what you do is : ° 1st, make a copy of the original. Always the 1st thing to do in any photshopping/manipulation work. ° Make a selection. Of any shape. Marquee tool, lasso...

    Less than 13" ? haha, don't you get cell phones of that size? (lol most probably no, but that was sarcasm) 21" (1680 x 1050) DELL in office. 17" at home. I feel weird when I work at home.
