    if your looking at a 3d package that has the feel of PS then i would suggest Cinema 4D. alot of motion graphic studios use it but of course all these cost money so if your after a cheap option you could try "Blender" (its free).

    not much i can help with without doing it for you. the rules contradict themself it says it wants originality but in the same style as Chrysler and that john guy.

    from those images most of them are closeups and/or parts of objects.

    try adding to the parts that show green using other areas of the tail (clone) after you have deleted the background. but every image is different so without seeing the image that might not work

    how about a city sky line for the background (without the sky) night time shot with the car at the bottom and the watch representing the moon (so the watch replaces the moon)

    i would integrate the text more into the scene so it looks like its in the scene instead of just in the front. and i would see how a view from the front of the car looks rather then from the back

    that is high pass filter and like others have said no it cant be changed back. an image doesnt store what it use to look like so you only have what it is now

    i made the following image using the "Plastic Wrap" filter. i just duplicated the original added the filter to that duplicate change the blend mode to multiply. brighten the original and duplicate to how you want them then merge layers and "desaturate" it.
