Nice script Paul, thanks for sharing!

    non destructive reference line

Need a bit of clarification. My first thought was to use Guides, but I'm not sure I understand where you need the lines to show up. If they need to show inside the Liquefy filter than I'm not sure Guides would work.

    adding jpeg to T-Shirt template

Do you have the background already removed in a Photoshop PSD file? If not you are going to need to remove it. JPG doesn't allow transparency, you need to save as PSD, TIF, GIF or PNG-24 to get transparency. For print I would just stick with PSD.

How do i get this effect?

Shapes and paths in Photoshop are vectors.... and you can even make vector masks. Type is also vector unless you rasterize it. Photoshop does have vectors, just limited capabilities with them.

Can somome please tell me how this is done ?

Looks like some lighting/shadow effects were also done using curves adjustment layers.. one dark one and one light one, then masking them to only the areas to be lightened/darkened and feathering the masks. Cool use of vibrance in the vid Steve posted, but masking the overlay layer to get...

    Number of VB Skins

There's valid points on both sides of this question. Most large/active forums do only use one skin. For now we will stick with using two skins, and those who use the light skin will just have to deal with some issues. It's a big help when problems with the light skin are reported, and...

    Coloring a B&W Image

For a tattoo it's fine.... the tat artist is only going to use it as a guide anyway. In your other thread I thought you were asking how to get rid of the pixelation.

    Coloring a B&W Image

Ok, I don't know Paint very well at all, so maybe someone else can tell you more.... but I think The text should be simple enough to color, but I don't know if Paint has the capability to colorize the illustration without re-drawing over it with colors. In Photoshop it could be done, but you...

    New Member says Hi

Yea it's always nice to have a tut on something more portable and work on your main computer. I use my laptop for that sometimes :) Thanks again for the recommendation. If you have any other feedback that would make the site more mobile friendly let me know I'm very open to the notion.
