    thank you for the information gedstar.well it happen, I got 3GB of ram, 500w of power supply.my past 2GB Videocard, I think it is GTX 460 or nvidia 460The videocard needs 4x4pin power then it comes out that I only put 2x4Pin.

    convert it to CMYK. notice when you converted it, some color/s became dull or something like washed out. so you need to retouch the color/s. .CMYK is for print. RGB is good for digital displays. "correct me if I am wrong".

In my experience: my first time to join a college shirt competition, they only accepted my design at back then many next time, I got rejected and rejected :) but I never gave up...

    if you can't find the effect maybe you can vector it. or manually do that. or threshold the image then put a clipping mask of stripes. try to experiment on filter gallery or you can manually use the brush. the result may not be the same as the image you've provided. hope this will help you .
