    Hey Guys I notice if i save a gif image off the internet i can use the drag tool and move it around in that picture without the background moving. however it will not drag to my image. Is there a way to move a gif image over to my image without having to try and trace it with the pen tool?

    I think i firgured that part out not sure. When you get the anchor point and hit the make selection does it highligh the lines around the area to be removed? If so how to you delete it. Where is the delete command? If this is the easiest way I am in trouble lol
