Do you mean something like this: http://www.photoshopgurus.com/forum/index.php?topic=6894.0 I think the same principle applies; you can just use blue blob streaks instead of photos.

Ok, well I went to do some more experimenting. I started looking around the house to find objects and study them. Then I found a little white marble... I took it outside (lighting inside stinks) and found a well lit spot (not too bright, not too dark) put it on a piece of paper and studied it...

    Small photo, large res. ?

    Your welcome! Did you...

Well, I didn't that far with the eye ball, but I've been experamenting and I came up with a kinda semi-translucent sphere. I made the reflections by hand with the pen tool, trying to make it look realistic. I tried doing the same to the eye, but it just looked fake...

    Small photo, large res. ?

Make a new doc at the size you want to print out (8.5'' x 11'' @ 300res)? Then move your PowerPoint image over to the new document. When you do that the picture should end up around 5 by 2 in aprox on the new doc(I think).

    Stupid Application Tricks (&tips)

Re: Stupid application tricks That's cool, Gare. I don't really need the font, but just out of curiosity, what app did you use to create it? Also, all the tool and cursor icons are located in the photoshop.dll I opened them up in Icon Developer and if you'd like I can give ya the .icl

    Stupid Application Tricks (&tips)

Re: Stupid application tricks We have a G5 running Tiger and I'm pretty sure it's just cmd+shift+3. The difference on a Mac is it acually saves the .png right to your desktop.
