    Mac Polygonal Lasso Tool Problem- weird boxes

    Can anyone tell me how to fix this??? When I make any selected area with the poly lasso tool and complete the shape, it ends up with a bunch of weird boxes in the shape. I'm not that new to Photoshop, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this. Any ideas? Here's a screenshot...
