    Another retouch.

Great work here Jess! It's refreshing to see someone doing this work the right way. You've retained all the detail of the original, but the coloring, retouching and framing are all looking great. I'd be interested to see slightly more contrast in the glasses, maybe making them stand out just a...

    Some of my Photoshop work

Thanks Clare! Yeah, I liked the idea of making her more like a regular (but yes very pretty) girl. I hadn't even noticed the face! Do you mean just to the right of the top of the biggest feather? I see stuff in clouds too all the time :).

    website mock up thoughts

My critique: Nice clean site, with some lovely details. I really like the subtle use of patterns in the header. My suggestions: Your headline doesn't help your visitors. It's too 'me me me'. So what if you're a young webdesigner from Cumbria? How are you going to help your customers and...

    Some of my Photoshop work

Thanks Chris! Clare: It was setup by a middle man company, who organized sending a lot of entries to Infiniti. Unfortunately they got the brief wrong, so Infiniti came back saying they really liked the piece, but that it should have involved more 3D exhibition style work and 2D Photoshop work...

Swimming photo Low Res -* Request *

Here's my try. One of the more difficult images I've ever worked with haha. I just played around with it a bit and sharpened things up as much as possible.

    Some of my Photoshop work

Thanks a lot guys! I think the Cyborg tutorial was in Issue 94. Here's another older work of mine done for a contest. I worked some of the smaller details of the car into constructing a custom landscape using these shapes.

    Picture Outside the Frame

I'd tone down your last adjustments as it now looks a little over shopped and over sharpened (possibly just due to the vibrance). Perhaps try somewhere between what you had and what you have now in terms of colors. You are seriously a Photoshop god if you're creating this and you're only just...

    Picture Outside the Frame

Also blend the hand she's standing on more with the rest of the wood in the scene (make it darker, less orange and more brown)

    Picture Outside the Frame

This has gone from 'meh' to one of my favorite Photoshop designs in a while. This is honestly looking incredible now, nice work! Couple more suggestions: Not sure I like the blue in the eyes of that wooden creature on the left. Try making them green to blend better with the surrounding scene...

    Some of my Photoshop work

A few of the mods have recommended I show some of my Photoshop work, so here goes. I'll update this thread as I dig more stuff out, but here's a starting piece. This was commissioned for Advanced Photoshop magazine as a regular portrait photo to semi-human cyborg outcome.

    Picture Outside the Frame

I'm with Paul on this. The composition is fantastic and has a lot of potential. I'd zoom in on the main center point of the scene, and also go for a more realistic piece, without all the painted effects.

    nelson mandella

Awesome, let me know how it turns out. Also, perhaps a little cliche, but you could always have stray feathers falling down from the birds to symbolize his decline.
