    man, you have it rasterized so it just makes no difference if you mail it to him in transparent png, psd or whattever. he just need to drag-drop it into empty document. unfortunetly, you have rasterize it so upscaling is out of question.

    Downsized image not clear - what to do?

    it's one of sad facts of life. you downsize an image-it gets unsharp. it is just the way it is. .bmp format is somewhat larger than .jpg so you may save them all as the jpg-s there is compression of the images involved in photoshop and you may go something like 6 or seven in it.

    than if you want to use it for any serious large printing you need to redo it based on a lot bigger stock image. 250 x 242 pixels is nothing good.

    having a clean design without soft edges and color gradients that are required to make bevels is an asset if you want to make printouts on such a various materials, some of them like textile are not that print friendly as you have noticed.

    you're right about printability becouse corel sends the text as vectors that is base of the post script language that is responsible for printing. i like the second one, but it's just me.good luck.

    nice, basic shape an image, just two colors used. i like it. what i don't like is just the beveling and the drop shadow that takes away clearness of the thin lines, but it's the matter of taste.

    i have learned of web design looong time ago;) things might have changed nowdays, but we were taught make background mostly black or white in order to pop-out the content of the site. rich background just draws of attention.

    if you recived file in .eps format it is most likely vector only,meaning you may not directly edit text in it as the text has been convetred to curves in it. eps may contain editable text but it is not the mainstream. just in case check if you have fonts that were used intalled on your...
