    Hi ptl5spd That's a know issue in PS, since PS is a pixel based imaged editing software, there's some methods "work arounds" that you can try, like this. Also if you want to create a shape whit very clean and crisp edges, i'll recommend using a vector based editing program like Illustrator...

    Hi FKPhil What tool are you using to create your selection? Once you got your selection try contracting it by 1 or 2 pixels it should fix your halo, "Select>Modify>contract" Hope this helps.
