    in that you need to stroking the image by doing this : *double click on the image layer *the layer style window popes out you go down to Stroke * then personalize your frame as you want.

    hello click on the layer of that photo and hit (command+T for mac or Ctrl+T for windows) then reduce it by dragging the border of the image down to the wished size .. that's it , hope that helpd

    for the curved shape you have to use the pen tool, that's what it takes to make that kind of shapes, and some black and white gradient in the badge area will make it more beautiful, just like the image ..
