    Why does the colors change in Photoshop View >Proof Setup

    I think what he means it that when using the proofing function in Photoshop, colors change when selecting sRGB a second time. Sounds like a bug to me. sRGB in proofing should always look the same on the image as there is no thing like "double sRGB".

    ^this And I add: If you design something formprinting with professional hardware, never use RGB, always use CMYK. That way your poster/flyer/whatever will look much better because RGB to CMYK conversion sometimes can be way off. Note that if using CMYK, some settings or filter aren't available...

    For a similar effect you can also use the CSS3 box-shadow property. Maybe also have a look in CSS3 gradients - I am sure it is possible only with CSS. Google for "colorzilla" and you will find a great gradient generator.

    The post above this one is only particular right. Simply wrap your whole markup in a div with a class like "wrapper". Then in you CSS simply put .wrapper { margin: 0 auto; width: YOURLAYOUTWIDTH; }. "YOURLAYOUTWIDTH" has of course to be replaced with the width of your layout in px.
