    try filter>sharpen>unsharp mask Also there is a plugin by topaz you can use if you have it I can try to clean it up but much later sometime after tomorrow.

    I think I can field this one! Go into the character panel (its located to the far right of the font tool bar and looks like a piece of paper) I circled the one you are looking for here can toggle on and off its called All Caps:

    change black hair to any other colour

    In the layers pallet try using different blending modes after you make your changes you might be able to achieve a more natural look that way.
