    Try a larger rectangle and a larger radius. Does it still leave square corners ?

    When you save as a .gif make sure the Transparency box is checked, and of course, remove the background from your animation.

    300 DPI is a standard, but it depends on where you are getting it printed and what method they use. Best thing to do is ask the printer what he needs, and work from there. Welcome to PSG .

    make a copy of it (drag the flag Layer to the new Layer icon) type CTRL+T , right click and select flip vertical. Of course, it will look very much like it does now. Unless it goes on a different colored background...
