    swim wear image for work

nice... I wonder if it's common as It appears that faces never seem to have proper nose structure. Is it a hard thing to define the shape of a nose, or perhaps the "perfect" nose?

the chris reeve poster - new idea

here's a free concept for ya... I know a bit about people in wheelchairs and they do dream of walking again, one day. (if they have before) At least most I know, do... So how about this idea here? First you have him in his chair, then at some point you have him walking people staring at...

    Are frames still "in"?

I don't mean like iFrames, but frames in general. Have they gone the way of the $.75 Coca-Cola?

anyone know how to create basket Ball effect/texture

hahaha, that was my initial reaction. I actually did that with a football, when I needed a basketball texture to do a set of basketball cards for a youth group. I'm not a basketball fan, so I had no basketball around, but a football is almost as close. Especially if it's getting somewhat blown...

    sketch effect

Honestly, and as nice as it looks, it really looks like some sort of comic book effect over a picture. Making it more like an inking or painting over a sketch(y) look. That's just my opinion though.

    Starfields and Space Imagery Challenge/tute

Very nice Raven, and that's from someone who doesn't really care much about "space" scenes for some reason. Funny considering I'm such a nature person. Maybe they don't go hand in hand thoguh. Anyway, nice work as usual. 8))

A reason or two to eat lots of sugar instead of sleeping...

Thanks Raven, Cheffin' is slow right now. So back to learnin' a few things. I've been checkin' out some kickin' stuff you've been posting lately too. never cease to amaze me, kiddo. I think this stuff is almost too simplistic, but yet complicated enough in how I went about to get this far...

A reason or two to eat lots of sugar instead of sleeping...

this little diddy was the start of the chicken wire/honeycomb design "concept". It was all about a tile design for a project I'm buidling at the moment, when I did this one. It seemed natural to use it just as a tile layout first.

A reason or two to eat lots of sugar instead of sleeping...

I'm not sure what I was doing or thinking. It just kind of happened. Nothing too fancy mind ya. There's a reason for the food, just don't ask me what it is. The first is made in Illustrator 10 and PS7. P.S. - I don't post much work, so please be gentle, as I'm just a hack "designer".

How to remove a face from an image?

You can start by reading up on the Pen tool. It's wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, when I first tried to do this a while ago. I don't however remember the steps as my current Job has taken me from the graphics on my computer, to creating food dishes for hungry folks, these days.

    Illustrator My favorate toon

uh cuh cuh cuh cuh cuh... (that's my impression of Popeye, it sounds better out loud, really) Nice work, as your interpretation, it's great. Depending on how close you want it to look, it could use some refining to lookmore like Popeye. That fish seems (like much else) to weigh more than...

    render or rasterize

Even though it will obviously take more space on the drive, When I want to do something that requires rasterizing the type, That's when I duplicate the file I'm working on and save what I've done to that point. That way if I don't like it and don't feel like going into the history, I can just...

    Web page galleries anyone?

Has anyone tried to make their own web page gallery templates for Photoshop? I know you can do it, but even with it being explained in the help file and such, I have little luck. Does anyone know of any web page gallery template sites out there?

Placing a rollover menu into an existing webpage?

If you are a foodie like me, you'd understand. Here's the latest... http://food.ricib.com/aspindex.html I at least took the borders and junk form the frames, but still I tried marks way, and I'm dyslexic or something, I just couldn't figure it out yet. Going back to the drawing board...
