    I'm not sure if this is what you mean. Is the png partially transparent? If so, simply ctrl-click on the layer. If you mean how to select the luminosity of the layer, simply press ctrl-alt-~.

    What you'll need to do is make sure the text for the prices are aligned right, then select all of those text layers and, with the move tool selected, use the "align to right" option on the top toolbar. You'll have a much easier time if you use separate text layers for the menu items and the prices.

    Duplicate the background layer. Fill the original background layer with white. Make a rounded rectangle path, the size you want the final crop to be. In the Paths palette, make a selection out of the path. Press Alt-Shift-I to invert the selection. In the Layers palette, add a layer mask.

    nonsense.. you can do it simply in Photoshop. Simply use the elliptical marquee with a broad feathered edge around the person's head. Then add a levels adjustment layer.

    er... Hello

    hi.. I'm new here... Going by Parabola... based on my taste in music, not my taste in academia. So.. I'm quite familiar with Photoshop, but always looking to enhance my skills. Right....:confused:
