    Hi pictureman! :) Make sure that when you record your action, you don't use the "Save For Web" command but rather the "Save As" command. That should do it! ;)

    Just try again petkum! :) For one reason or another, this example that you've posted is indeed almost 15K whereas, when open in Photoshop, it's only 9K. As Mark says, when you open the file in Photoshop, choose File>Save For Web. You can save it as a GIF (3.926K) without losing any...
