    rightmost is adjustment layer mask; marching ants only show up when you have selected something on the picture go to the orgianl layer and use any selection tool then go back to the adjustment layer and paint or fill it on the layer mask

    What you need to do is add a layer mask to the Black and white layer, and use a black colored brush where you want color, You cannot select on "Adjustment layers" click on the color layer to select then make sure you click on the black and white layer and invert here an example

    Ok well if u got the stars done, Select the ladies bodies and mofidy the boarder, and feather it then change with the levels on the star layer

    You can try change it to CMYK then Levels and just do the Black channel And use that to make it pure K but it will darken the photo

    No the eyedropper reads the color as is, ur honestly confusion me because what you say contradicts what you want to do.

    just duplicate that layer and change the opacity Note:changing the opacity they wont be the exact color its going to mix with whatever the background color is.

    HEY i did it lol ok use custom shapes Make a circle make 8 lines (+x) make sure they're inside the circle or whatever color the lines are make the background the same color Dupe Layer + Rotate 9 degrees x5 times Done xD preview
