    Text not sharp / clean

I have run into this sort of problem myself and have come up with what might be a solution. I have not tried it yet but it seems reasonable so I thought I would mention it. There is a vectorization app (free) into which you can import a PS image and then have vectors created that you have some...

Abstract effect or anything similar to this?

Those look like they are from a visualization program like G-Force ( http://www.soundspectrum.com/g-force/ check out the screen shots). A screen capture program was probably used to grab the images. You could use a screen recorder and then a video editor to select and save individual frames of...

I Need a little help please

PhotoShop is more than capable to do this with the pen tool. Perhaps search utube using the search terms "vectors photoshop" or "pen tool photoshop" I use a CAD program that is vector based and PS is able to do what I can do there in terms of creating vector shapes. Its a bit of a different...

    Bmx sticker color change???

The pink discolouration is not limited to the outside edge but can be found throughout the white area. In addition, it was not my intention to point out the obvious since I was not sure that it was obvious. You mentioned that there was pink left in the white area, and I saw pink in this area...

    Bmx sticker color change???

I just took a close look at your image and can see that the white area is not pure white. There are pinkish sections (among others). I am not sure why you are not able to see them before you work on the image but can after. Try zooming into the image and look closely.

    Help with this logo please?

The technique I describe here http://www.photoshopgurus.com/forum/photoshop-newbies/44887-background-erasing-individual-pixels-2.html#post1533638598 will do the trick. In addition you might want to take a look at the rest of the thread linked to.

    Background-erasing individual pixels?

No problem, if you have any questions when you do get to it by all means post them here I I will do my best to clarify.

Taking a completed photo and changing background to transparent

I thought you might like to see the darkened layer I described above so I am attaching it here. Of course the fact that the background was a uniform light (white) colour made this much easier to accomplish. If the background had been multicoloured or closer in colour to what would be the...

Taking a completed photo and changing background to transparent

The key here is to as accurately as possible (or as you require) when selecting the background. I made the job easier for myself by creating multiple layers (3 or 4 I think) turning off the base layer (background) and setting the blend mode for all the visible layers to multiply. I then merged...

    Need help with changing text

As well as some idea as to how you would like to change the text. Do you want to change its colour? Do you want to change its orientation? Do you want to deform it somehow? Etc. Etc. Its not possible to help if we have no idea what you specifically want to do.

How do you create this effect ?

beth, I would be very surprised if this effect could be achieved simply and or quickly. Even with the thread Tom has mentioned a great deal of time would be required to figure out where the various circles not to mention the circles of various sizes will go. Think of it in terms of a number of...

    Custom Halftone Screen

Good link on the subject Tom, thanks,,,,,, So, is the effect in the image I posted above (and in the quote for this post) called a half tone screen? Just wondering.

    Layer picker

The simple (but not easy) solution is to get the designers to name the layers when they are creating them, or perhaps to go back in and name them if they have not done so. I assume you are getting paid by the hour so if you tell them they can do it, or you can spend a couple of hours doing it...

    Custom Halftone Screen

I thought the objective MIGHT be to do this sort of thing, is this called a half-tone screened image?

    Photoshop Request

Use the same general method Tom has outlined but instead of you creating the shapes of the puzzle pieces use one of the plug-ins generated shapes. Since the plug-ins shapes are black (at least I assume they will be as I have never used any of these plug-ins) when you select the inside of the...

    distributing gradiant

Try adjusting the opacity of the layers, if the layers opacity are at 100% you will not be able to see anything below the top layer.
