    Question on CG Color Theory

It is more common to find RGB to be used as primary colours, in fact it is only artists that use RYB as far as I know. Of corse printing is normally done with CMYK. The reason being that the cones in our eyes are most sensitive to the colours RGB, which when mixed, they can more accurately...

Save Gif in only one channel

I just did an experiment with this effect, by putting the blue-scale, red-scale, and green-scale versions of this image on top of each other, setting each version to 34%, and it looked very much like the original. It was a lot duller in colour and contrast, but I didn't expect a computer program...

    Crumbling affect..

Like the head in my avatar? He didn't do very good in the video, but the methods are sound. May I recomend using the 8 bit brush set from brushking.com

Save Gif in only one channel

You can however, which is the only thing that would make sense here, go levels, and set the output to 0 on the colours you do not want. Red-scale, Blue-scale or Green-scale sort to speak.

    erase to reveal?

Then no! You will have to replace it with whatever your imagination can muster.

Requesting help on improving JPEG photo taken

Like iDad said, looks better cropped. And a tiny bit off the sides to conform with the 3000px limit here.

    Rubbish joke I know!

(request) could you help me edit this picture with a friend + rats?

Make them black and white first, then alter the contrast, then brightness. To cover everything I did would take for ever to explain. As long as you make good selections of the rats and girl you should be fine.

Can someone put some angel wings on her please?

I just assumed clouds with the already mention of her being heavenly and to have angel wings. It's where they go for coffee isn't it? Have angels not died anyway to get into heaven? A bit of effort goes just as far Paul, not even a preferred version of wings, but I still did it.

Can someone put some angel wings on her please?

OO! As long as I can spend half an hour searching on Google for a really good pair of wings before actually doing anything to your picture, and maybe when you give it, you can make out as though you spent a lot of time and effort doing it, instead of asking for free hand outs. Hope you have a...

    Custom Filter Creation?

Learning C++ programming language, or having a good idea and a smart friend. No quick fixes I'm aware of though.

(request) could you help me edit this picture with a friend + rats?

It's usually a good idea to print it out onto a bit of bed sheet, then paint on the image the best you can with water colours, to try and hide things you don't want. You may need a bit of imagination for things like recreating painting, unfortunately I'm not too good at this, but then when you...

Someone help me do this photoshop please.

Some of us are English! The language that has been developed by Americans is already considered coarse and un-English.

    How to achieve this "look"?

Just overlay a white layer that has had noise added to it.

A few complaints..and perhaps, some suggestions

I think the problem is that when you upload an image, the details on who created it are lost. Did somebody say something about uploading pictures without approval? Surely not!

    What would you do?

Well I thought I could get away with hinting the closed bracket, but it obviously leaves the speech marks after whom, wasn't instead of weren't. There is a questionable use of the word 'got', and were instead of was. But nope, I was not going to mention the who or whom. :)
