    RE: the mercator....

Thanks for that.... I re did the merc but still get jaggered lines. I did the clean up you suggested and whilst that fixes the blur and makes the lines more defined it doesnt fix the jaggered edge cause by the spherize command. Looking at your examples, they appear clean and sharp...

    Photo Makeover - Fashion Model

I had a quick go at something...you would need to spend more time on it then I, but I think you should use the pen tool to define her left cheek a little more, then use path as selection and feather it by 1 or 2 px, then use clone stamp to paint over the skin with surrounding black inside the...

    RE: the mercator....

i created the lines according to the tute. From memory... new white layer filter sketch/halftone pattern>>>>6 px lines then selected highlights to remove white and maximised by 3 px before duplicating, rotating then merging down. the first image is the first spherize filter i...

    I made this Page

Can I make 1 small suggestion??? I think you should remove the drop shadow from your center text, its a small thing but ruins an otherwise nice looking site, and hurts my eyes 8} just an observation.

Need help! Changing to 2 colors in CMYK

thats the thing....why they would say use a yellow pantone is beyond me. A professional printer should say, use a gold pantone in your image and that should be the end of it. So long as u print seperations and take them with you so the printer knows it's in his/her court now cause u have...

Need help! Changing to 2 colors in CMYK

I dont understand why the printer couldnt print the pantone for gold???? You cant get pantones wrong, a pantone is a pantone!!! Unless your color settings dont reflect the true colour and your going by what appears to be gold not what is gold???? Get another printer, if a printer cant...

    RE: the mercator....

Guys, can anyone here give a clue as to why i my mercators constantly get jaggerd lines when i apply the spherize filter? The only time i dont is when i use really thin lines, like 1 or 2 px. I understand "pixels are square" and all that jazz, just cant figure why the lines in the tute are nice...
