    I dont know if you have opened the images or not but the images themselves dont have anything on them, no watermark no copyright symbol no nothing. I am saying that the flickr account has the copyright notice. If it is his/her account they can remove the notice proving that the account is his/her.

    I would use the selective color adjustment layer rather than hue/saturation but then again there are multiple ways to achieve an effect. Here is what i got with it. at what part of the wing do you want to add the text?

    can you post what you created. there is an option called photo-merge i think which automatically merges pictures and removes any gaps or things like that. You can try that and see how it goes.

    Seamless Pattern problem

    puppychew, i cant remember but there was another member with similar problem and the solution was to use some kind of offset option. maybe hoogle can shine some light on this. I will learn too.
