    I'm not sure i get you Macohead. BUT check this out if you mean keeping a layer style and deleted/hide the content of the layer, just copy then paste the layer style and drag the fill opacity to zero..check the image. Ammar

    namvet i think the problem is with the gradient use black to white horizental gradient, also you got to have a black backgound.. tallat, i'm so glad you like the image, are you calling me sir please don't, Ammar

    Thanks friends. For those who's intersted: Breake the image into slices Each slice on a separate layer Apply a layer mask Apply gradient onthe mask Bring layers near to each other and apply various colors to each slice. Welcome to you :) Ammar
