    Welcome Scorpion. You could try Marks tute here http://photoshopgurus.info/intermediate/classy-glass_buttons/classy-glass_buttons.shtml... it explains how to put a reflection into your glass ball. Its quite simple really. Just a little bit of spherize and the right layer placement...
