    Need help removing line pattern

    Hi everyone, I have a drum scan of a 6cm x 6cm black and white negative with an emulsion defect that looks like a line pattern. It's pretty faint but noticeable (I'm printing 40" x 40"). How can I get rid of them ? Paul
