Trying to save a file to send out to a professional printer.

Do you mean that you reworked the original picture, or just upsampled the one you had originally saved for him? only the first one is the good solution, provided that the image is large enough. Normally, the printer should have recommended you one particular CYMK. It can mean many things, like...

    Apply Gradient to Type

Ronmatt, with all due respect, the same three steps can be made in Photoshop, and the type is still vector, and still editable. Just ALt+click between the line that separates the two layers, no need for layer hunting. Or, as Gaussian said, just adding a layer style is even faster!

    I'm looking for some help.

BTW, on your link, it is a flash animation, not a Gif. (You'd need to use Adobe Flash) I'm afraid that Gifs would not fare really good on an image with subtle gradients, like this one...

    Pris (Bladerunner)

Aaah, Priss :surprised: She's so... well... Seriously, nice work, but I'd try varying the hair strands a bit more.

Digital Painting (an attempt @ photorealism)

Still, I liked how you rendered the different materials, just by varying the reflections. It is just the one on the front spoiler that looks plasticy, but I get the same impression on the original image.

Hope that you won't give the idea for some people to try to put people with tatoos on fire. Remember: do not try this at home! do it in your neighbour's!
