    Why not just remake the header? Make a new document the same size in Ps and make it how you want it. Upload it and name it the same thing and wala, new header..

    Although i don't see it happening, layers are for beginners and trying to make a website (that is on a deadline) background without knowledge of what a layer is in photoshop is like driving off a cliff.. It's not going to be pretty..

    I like the result, i think it looks fine.. However, if i was you i would use a quick mask selection to stay off the babys clothes but im sure you already know that.. Nice result with the Smudge tool.. I also like Spruces idea to get rid of the lines..

    Try and see if you get rid of the stoke if it still does it, i had a problem with that about a month ago.. If it does fix it, then duplicate the layer and make the original layer larger to make it looked Stroked..

    Also, in your styles panel, where you have it Beveled try making it smooth rather than sharp.

    Exactly what Gaussian said, it has to do with the Anti Alias and you can get really crisp lines in Photoshop. Starting with a Large file or object then trying to cram it in without making it a smart object in Photoshop will cause those jagged lines also..

    Wait a minute, are you trying to say i or anyone else couldn't duplicate that with photoshop and make it looks the exact same to the naked eye?? i think you underestimate the power of photoshop...
