    Illustrator Please help me!

    Assuming that you have software that can read ART files, just invoke it to display it on your screen, then either use a third party screen grab program like ACA Capture Pro, or use printscreen on your keyboard, and save it as a jpg. Good luck, reggy

    Illustrator Logo formats

    The format most want is tiff, which is high resolution and also has the ability to have the background made transparent, so that the logo itself pops off the page. reggy

    Illustrator Missing font error while i have the right font!!

    I don't believe you can just put the font in the folder, it has to actually be installed. I think in XP it can be done in control panel, using the top menu bar. It also has to be a ttf (true type font) reggy

    Illustrator Cannot open the doc

    You first need to install "Zip", which is a compression program and it is free. Just have an open folder the zip file can unzip to and click on it and it will go to the open folder unzipped, and you will be golden. reggy
