    Blur Tool Help!!!

    I'm having trouble with my blur tool. It works when I download a pic from the web and try to use it on that, but when I try to use it on a pic straight from my camera, it doesn't work :confused: I just want to do some skin smoothing on my pics and I can't. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

    Blur Tool Problems

    I'm having problem using my blur tool to smooth skin. It doesn't work on pics I upload right from my camera. If I dowload a pic from the web or whatever, it works, but not straight from my camera. Any help is MUCH appreciated!
