    Wacom users?

    yeah thats what i was looking for...painting. i am not an artist by any means, so painting doesnt come easy for me. basic digital airbrushing is what i'm looking into as my medium of choice. hopefully i can share my experience as i get better ( i hope lol )

    i have had a Wacom 6 x 8 Graphire III for a year or so, and have only begun to use it almost everytime i open photoshop. Apart from Wacom's lack of tips for their tablets, does anyone have a decent site they know of as i would like to learn all i can to push my lack of skills to the next level...

    save optimised as....

    using your info, i managed to get the 334K image down to 268K using the web (restrictive) setting. the original was 170K. much better. i hope they can use it. i did a banner with snow falling and offered similar to another forum. i wonder if i drop a layer if i can get it down further. i did...

    i have seen some others but the one i linked is by far the best. you can tell some of the other tutes rip off the original..as far as the text anyway. i am sort of a speed reader and missed "colour dodge".

    i think the tutorial was written for PS6 or 7. not sure of the difference in versions, but my troubles with the colour begins when i merge the red and yellow flame layers together. i am using CS (8). i am still a newb [shhh]

    hi. i have been working on this fire technique found Here everything is fine till i get to 6a and 6b. the liquify dialog and warp tool. try as i might, i cannot replicate this effect with PS CS. if you look to the video of the tute, the warp tool doesnt want to work that easily. any suggestions?

    i'll have to show you an example, its not an actual popup, instead of opening an image in new window. i want to open a small window with an image when a user clicks a thumbnail.

    i was trying to get my site indexed as well and found google doesnt search meta tags. inbound and outbound links will get you indexed with google as well as the website submision as thekeeper said.

    Saving a transparent GIF in Photoshop CS2

    hi. easiest way i have found is to put your image on a transparent layer then save as .gif this will save the transparent background. first image is on a transparent layer. second image is both layers saved as .gif
