    I can add "brilliance", "glow" to the diamonds just by painting the diamonds with white on a new layer and than blur the whiteness out? That's it or there's more tequniqes

    simple question but I couldn't figure it out

    Thanks for the speedy response! i did exactly what you said but the line is very harsh, on the picture it looks smooths and fade out a bit.. Any ideas?
