    Try to do following in photoshop/gimp. Apply a slight blur to it, if you use the option gaussian blur no more then 5x5 pixels, i would say if its the logo is that size more like 3x3 pixels, and then select in the enhance option "unsharp mask", and use high quantities of the options you get.     Maybe try to sharpen them up. The unsharp mask filter helps in alot of cases. But also the regular sharpen filter might help. Just give it a try, and play with different sharpen settings.
