    Plug-in Site Legit?

This guy, Mehdi, has been kicking around, for quite a while. I've no doubt that he's above table. I get the feeling he's kind of a graphics geek, more into the technical aspects, than the creative. In addition to the gradient tool, the eraser tools might merit a look. But I still won't give...

Illustrator Export .EPS file to Quark Express

What format did the client send it to you with? If eps or any other vector, just un-group and ditch the background, then resave as eps. If it's a jpg, chop out the b/g in photoshop, and save as eps. I dunno, what am I missing here? \:]

    Is there a solution?

Haloing, can happen in a number of different situations. If you do a chop with anti-aliasing on , the chop will adopt the a/a charactertistic, also any feather should be zeroed out, if you want a clean chop. If I understand you're problem, I'd raise the selection to a new layer, reverse the...

    Illustrator Xara X question

Ya, ya, I'm still intrigued with this Xara deal! Gotta tell you, I'm more than a little embarassed that I didn't explore the online help a little more to find out that there is in fact an active little beehive community, that thrives on this product. And does Gary Priester know his licks, or...

    Illustrator Xara X question

Just want to preface by saying that I've asked this on another forum, so if it looks redundant, it is! So here goes: I bought Xara X about a year ago, and never really got to using it. Recentlty, I started playing with it and discoverd that it is an amazingly versatile vector program. A...

Heavy saturation without noise or artifacts

I'm can't speak for Stroker, but what I got out of iit was, give credit where due. That said, it always good to have techniques re-explored. As in this topic, it's a technique, that I have not had a use for for a couple of years and would have been messing around for ages. Thanks John1, for...
