    Paul, for the figure i used a posterize filter, then the smudge tool to soften the edges. The bg is a combo of 3 coloured layers with varying opacities, on top of that are 2 texture layers, 1 set to screen and the other on overlay mode. The sunnies, h/phones, props are my fotos.
