    tell me what you think about my logo :D

    I think in this case it might be helpful to look at your logo in different colors and just compare the different colors with your photos and other art. You want to pick a color that feeds of the general feeling that your photos give off.

    Logo Design :) what do you think

    The design was very clean, though the red and green remind me of Quizno’s logo. Although it is not the same shade of green and red, that thought is still there. Your logo is actually better than theirs is though. But other than the slight reminder of that logo, this is a very well put together...

    Photoshop cs6 must be coming soon

    It’s too soon for another upgrade, but I guess it will be worth it. I use the entire Adobe Suite with the work I do, so it is interesting to see what is coming soon.

    Smoothing out a pixelated image

    I use a program called infranview. It is relatively easy to clean up pictures when using it, and it is very easy and straightforward to learn.

    I absolutely love it Spruce! I feel like you did a good job with making it somewhere between realistic and cartoon, that’s not always an easy trick.     I really enjoy this picture. It has good composition and is an interesting concept. My only complaint is I think the swing should look a bit more attached to the board. Most swings have a larger hoop to connect them, or the chain is tied around, this one the chain just seems to be magically...

    heres a new design i just finished

    It’s a start, but I feel like there’s too much distance between them and the background. I feel like the vortex/tornado should maybe be overlapping a wing or something. But something like that to really tie them together.

    Just like iDad explained, if you enlarged them like that then sequenced them up it should all flow together. It’s one of those things that you just have to keep toggling with.     I would try putting the top line with upper-case letters or bringing it out more. Just like Admin I focused in on the second and my brain red that one first. With that kind of sentence you want them to read the one on top first.

    I like both of the images. The first one is good if you are doing a more surreal/fictional piece, whereas the other picture works better for a realistic touch-up/enhancement. Either way they are both very good improvements of the original!
