    sure, i'll have it up in about 5-6 hours. i'm at work until 11 pm tonight, i'll post screen shots all 4 curves with blending modes and opacities for the teal one tonight when i get home.

    hoogle, i think you can just download that brush from the link provided by the op. it's just a matter of getting more glow from the brush than what the op got.

    i don't have access to photoshop atm, but try this: start with your background layer make a new blank layer stamp your brush on the blank layer using a light blue color duplicate that layer set the blending mode to overlay, adjust opacity to taste

    probably just some curve adjustments. when you open the curves dialogue you'll see a drop down menu with red, green and blue options, you can adjust the colors of the image by changing the curves. so if you adjust just the blue curve you'll get more blue or yellow tones depending on which way...

    How to achieve a simple moon reflection

    moon reflection is off to the left as i was too lazy to fix the painting on the water and it looks much different and flatter on the painted bit. also, there's a halo around the moon cause i just used the elliptical tool to grab the moon and didn't worry about the extra sky around it...
