    Can you tell me how this image has been treated?

    Looks like one of the artistic filters in Photoshop with some kind of darkness or multiply overlay only keeping the black outlines, but I'm just guessing. It look's like one in the Filter>Artistic part to me though!

    Yeah you can tell it's topaz from the "stylizing" patterns it added on the cheek and jaw on the third pic, personally I like Blur>Surface blur better because of that!

    Also if your shooting night, use a longer exposure w/tripod to let more light in on the shot's. If that doesn't work try shooting at dusk instead of night for some awesome shot's!

    I would use hue/sat adjustment layer's.. the more you use for each color would allow you to have more shades of color I have only used three I would suggest two tones of color for the reeds and grass and maybe some levels adjustments too. I hope you find what I said helpful, feel free to...
