Hi.
Thanks for the welcome, iDad. My frustration is with the blur tool which I see from previous threads is an ongoing issue. I'm not going to hold my breath for a simple solution! This should be a really helpful tool but its effect seems to be minimal, regardless of settings. All good advice welcome.- PennyP

Why doesn't the blur tool EVER work?
It's not a CS3 issue, link2b. I'm running CS4 and the blur tool is no help whatsoever. I didn't think it was working at all initially then realised that it's effect was simply so slight as to be negligable. I've wasted a lot of time over this and would really appreciate any tips or decent...- PennyP
