    Landscape to Panoramic in CS4

    You can't "stretch" a landscape into a panoramic. However, if you have several photos covering the entire area you want to turn into a panoramic. You are in luck. let me know if that is the case and I will look up a tutorial I watched on the subject.

    Grid lines are driving me nuts!

    I am not seeing anywhere in the preferences menus to set the program to show them on open. So, you might try resetting your preferences by holding down Shift+Ctrl+Alt while photoshop loads.

    Lost thread

    Starting to think that, in some moderators infinant wisdom, he/she deleted all posts made after a certain time that probably corrisponded to the time of the mass spamming. I too had a post dissapear that I "thought" might have been intentionally deleted. Now, I am starting to think otherwise.

    Poll: Which version of Photoshop are you using?

    Easy to change. Go to Edit>Prefrences>Interface and uncheck the box next to "Open Documents as Tabs". Regards, Dave (a CS4 user)

    EXTREMELY odd cs4 bug!

    No expert, but I would be suspicious of your video card. Or maybe the settings in CS4 for rendering. It is odd for sure. Good luck.

    Can use png. Most, if not all, browsers support them nowdays. (png-24 is better, IMO)

    jpg/jpeg files do not support transparency. If saving as gif or png, make sure you put a checkmark in the Transparency box on the "Save for web" dialog.

    How i can create a different thumbnail than actual picture?

    I am no guru, but that is weird. How it appears in my folder as an icon. What it looks like when opened. Maybe the program used to cut the image, somehow retained alot of the original information? Dunno
