    Rufinatti, Definitely helped :) the final .psd file is 20.8mb!! So it's definitely a large high res file haha shouldn't have a problem down sizing for a business card right?

    Hmm I'll try giving it another go but it was as flush as I could get it. I even placed straight bright red lines around the shape so I could get the arches flush... I'll give it another try if no luck then I'll give the pen tool a try
