I'm an idiot. How did I alter this text?

If you use Arch rather than Arc when you're warping the text it should work the way you want it to. You can also adjust the Vertical Distortion if necessary.

    Get drawing

If you've got a boatload of cash then you could get one of these… I recently found out about this Cintiq alternative that costs less than half the price of a similar sized Cintiq… Now back down to Earth. This tablet got a very good review here.

A very small change needed in the image

The Pen Tool would be the tool for drawing the shape you're looking for. Here is an in-depth tutorial about the Pen Tool… http://www.photoshopessentials.com/basics/selections/pen-tool-selections/

    Get drawing

Here's something I've been working on. I did the initial sketch in pencil, scanned it in, and added color and the dark outlines in Photoshop.

    CYMK vs RGB

Here are a couple of podcasts about comics on iTunes that you might want to check out. Big Illustration Party Time is more about freelance illustration but they do talk about comics quite often. Art & Story Big Illustration Party Time

    CYMK vs RGB

Hey Fatboy73, did you ever have to worry about registration error when the books you worked on were printed? I believe that the CMYK conversion method you mentioned would convert blacks to a rich black that might print poorly depending on the printing method. I'm used to designing for newsprint...

    Sharpening and fixing color

As far as sharpening goes, there doesn't seem to be a lot of hope for this one, unless it miraculously looks better at actual size. : \

    Sharpening and fixing color

If there's some reason why you have to use the original image rather than recreating it, the Surface Blur filter would at least even out some of the blotchy color without further blurring the edges. : \

I Need Help in Prints Design Please

Your printer should be able to provide you with guidelines for this project. They would know how the job should be set up better than we would.

    What do you think?

Here's a painting that I did do from scratch with the Wacom… It was supposed to be part of a larger painting but I lost steam when I was having trouble getting rock textures in it as realistic as I had hoped for. Here's the 3d model of the monster that I built in Bryce to use for lighting...

    What do you think?

Thanks Paul. I've always had trouble with drawing from scratch using a Wacom tablet so scanning a pencil drawing and adding color in Photoshop works better for me. I don't seem to have as much control of the brush strokes with the tablet compared to using physical media.

    What do you think?

It was actually a conceptual sketch for a stop motion animation puppet I was planning on making but that never ended up happening.
