    Whaddya think: 'Shopped or Not?

Frank Gehry is the architect's name. He has quite a few crazy buildings. My teacher and I Googled his name and came up with a bunch of buildings. Never go to the Library without your shotgun.

    Whaddya think: 'Shopped or Not?

You sure? My teacher in my 2D Design class says it's real. I will ask him today what the architect's name is. Because he has other buildings with weird curves like this. Never go to the Library without your shotgun.

    How to do this button?

OK. I will give it a shot. First make a new layer Then make a rounded corner rectangle. There should be one nested under the marquee tool. Once you have your rectangle, fill it with whatever color you want it to be. Then rename it original. I would also save after that. Matter of fact, I...

HELP with taking out parts of an image

Yes. Lowering the flow and going over the same area over and over gives you a smoother transition. And making sure you sample from the area that has the same color. Again, the flow can come into play with that. And I also used the blur tool to smooth it out as well. Never go to the Library...

HELP with taking out parts of an image

Not sure about anyone else. But I think you were on the right track with the clone tool. At least that is how I would do it. Thing with the clone tool is, it does take awhile to remove objects with it. And sometimes it helps to turn the flow of the brush down. EDIT: Forgive me if I over...

HELP with taking out parts of an image

Can you provide a link to the picture? Not sure about anyone else but it is kinda hard to know what you need to do without a bit of a visual aid.

    Custom Madden cover

Thanks to Hoogle for providing me an awesome tutorial on how to achieve this look. This is the result.

    Photo restoration

That is what I plan on doing. She said we will learn that in Photoshop I next semester. So I will definitely get some practice in the near future.

    Photo restoration

Not entirely sure. But she sure seemed to know I didn't bother with any color correction. But it's all good. She at least accepted that I am good at Photoshop for someone who is self taught. And that was after being told, in a VERY subtle and condescending way, that I wasn't good in...

    Edit posts?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. But how do you edit a post once you have posted it? I have another website I visit the vBulletin forum and we usually have a edit button right under our post once we have posted.

Hot damn! I just got a chance to watch your video. That is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank you SO much!!!

    Photo restoration

Thank you. To be honest it was mostly the clone tool. You just have to adjust the flow of the tool to get some of the softer tones. My graphic design teacher told me I did a really good job. But that I should have used multiple layers when correcting it. And that I need to learn how to do...

How do you achieve this look?

To be honest I would rather learn the longer way in Photoshop. I am much more versed and comfortable in PS. Not to mention I don't feel like learning a whole new program just to achieve this effect. Especially when I have the most powerful photo editing software out there. Never go to the...

    Photo restoration

I did this a few years back for my ex-girlfriend. Her Father passed away and we needed baby pictures. When they brought this one out I volunteered to fix it for them. I actually did this image twice. Once on my own and a second time in a non credit college course.

How do you achieve this look?

I would really like to make more custom Madden covers. That is how I originally started in Photoshop. But ever since I quit buying Madden I haven't cared to do any covers. Fast forward to now and I would like to take a crack at it again. But I Have no idea how some people achieve this...

Good job on the one with the pen and tablet. For a first time use it is good. That second one though. Wow. It literally gave me a headache while reading your post.
